SEG Eligibility - AACU Select Employee Group FAQs

Becoming a Select Employee Group carries no cost to your business at AACU, since the credit union handles setup, materials, and rollout support directly. Your organization simply extends membership eligibility to employees and their families. Check your eligibility to see if your employer already qualifies.

Employees gain access to banking products designed to keep more money in their pocket, custom loan solutions, online and mobile banking, and free financial coaching. Students in SEG families also gain scholarship and internship access. Review Our Story to learn more about AACU member-first approach.

Yes a business already working with another financial institution can still add AACU to its preferred financial partner list, giving employees another membership option alongside existing benefits. Nothing about an existing partnership needs to change. Review Employer Hub for more on the AACU partnership.
Students connected to an AACU Select Employee Group become eligible for scholarships and internship programs through the credit union and the AAFCU Foundation once their membership is active. Review Scholarships & Awards for current program details.
Signing up starts with a short letter of interest on your organization's letterhead, using a template AACU provides, sent directly to the Business Development team. AACU handles the remaining setup from there. Check your eligibility before starting the partnership process.
