CCPA

What Is The CCPA

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) is a California law intended to enhance privacy rights and consumer protection for residents of California, United States.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell in addition to the right to opt out of information sharing and selling and request the deletion of their personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. For example, unless otherwise permitted by the CCPA, we will not deny you goods or services because you made an opt-out or deletion request. California residents also have the right to have your authorized agent make the request on your behalf.

All financial institutions need to share non-public personal information to run their everyday business and most information we collect about you is exempt from opt-out and deletion requirements under the CCPA because it is covered by or collected under other federal and state laws. In the section below, we list the categories of personal information, sources of personal information, the purpose of such collection, and third-party disclosure.
