What Are Lobby Days?

Lobby Days are special in-branch events designed to help you make the most of your AACU membership. On these days, our Digital & Cards team will be at your local branch to provide personalized assistance with online banking and digital tools.

What to Expect:

• Hands-on Support: Get help with online banking features like navigation, My Tool Kit, eStatements, external account setup, and more.
• Card Services Guidance: Learn how to set up card controls, mobile wallets, travel alerts, and debit card notifications.
• Walk-In Convenience: No appointment needed-just stop by and we'll assist you on the spot.
• Staff Collaboration: Branch employees will join us to deepen their knowledge, so you'll have even more support in the future.
