Your New Customizable Dashboard 

As of April 22, members have been enjoying a more user-friendly, customizable experience!

It's simple: you deserve the best. One of the ways we continue to offer you, our members, best-in-class service is to be first in line to offer the latest technology. At the end of 2023, you gained access to a more navigation-friendly online banking experience when the side navigation was moved to the top. This prepared the way for part 2 of our enhancements—a more customizable and user-friendly online and mobile banking experience that launched on April 22.

Don't worry, all your account information remained the same, and while we've consolidated a few options, all the features you know and love will still be available to you - plus access to new features and offers with the new upgrade. 

 

 

The Short and Simple

Upgrades should help you, not hurt you, so here's what you can expect from your more user-friendly online banking experience, which launched on April 22, 2025:

What's Staying The Same:

  • Account Information – Your account numbers, balances, and nicknames will stay the same.
  • Account Login – Your login credentials for online and mobile banking will not change.
  • Bill Pay – Your bill payees and automatic payments will remain as they are.
  • Automatic Transfers & Direct Deposit – All scheduled transfers and direct deposits will stay intact.
  • Core Features – You’ll continue to have access to features like CardSwap™, ClickSwitch, Zelle®, My Credit Manager, opening new accounts, applying for loans, and more.

What Changed?

A Fresh, Customizable Experience
Your new dashboard puts you in control!
  • Personalize Your View – Accounts won’t automatically appear on your dashboard. Instead, you’ll be able to “star” the accounts you want to monitor first, giving you full control over what you see at a glance. You can update your preferences anytime.
  • Improved Recent Activity – Easily filter transactions by account to keep track of your spending and financial activity.

New & Enhanced Features

  • Budget Tracking – Use our new “Plan & Budget” widget to set financial goals and monitor spending with account-based filters.

  • Quick & Easy Transactions – View recent transactions directly on your dashboard and easily switch between accounts.

  • Faster Access to Services – Open an account, apply for a loan, mortgage, or credit card with just a few clicks.

  • Introducing “My ToolKit” – Our newest feature provides exclusive financial tools, including estate planning resources, loan tracking, bill negotiation, and tax management assistance.

  • Get in touch with us quickly, plus find our Routing Number right on your dashboard.
  • Enjoy quick links to frequently used services, making managing your finances easier than ever.
 

 

First Steps After Logging In

When you log in for the first time after the update on April 22, your accounts won’t automatically appear on your dashboard—but customizing your view is quick and easy!

  • Star Your Accounts – Choose which accounts to display on your dashboard for a personalized experience. You can update this anytime.
  • Explore Quick Access Features – Easily transfer funds, pay loans, send money with Zelle®, and manage your finances from the top navigation.
  • Track & Monitor with Ease – View recent transactions, track rewards, monitor spending with Plan & Budget, and check your credit score with My Credit Manager.
