Debit & Credit Card Management - AACU Card Management FAQs
Use the toggle button in Card Controls within online or mobile banking to enable or disable your debit card instantly. The setting stays in place until you change it again. Review Online & Mobile Banking for full Card Controls steps.
Select Travel Notifications under Card Controls, choose your card, and enter your departure and return dates along with a contact phone number. The alert clears automatically on your return date. Check your eligibility before your next trip requires a new card.
Debit card image customization is not available on debit cards.
Log in through online and mobile banking and navigate to AACU credit card located under the Transfers & Payments drop down. You can find your statements on the right hand navigation bar. Rewards points are tracked separately through the CURewards portal. Check your eligibility before applying for an AACU credit card.
Call the 24-hour lost, stolen, or fraud service line immediately to report suspicious activity on a debit card, or the separate Platinum or Signature credit card service number depending on your card type. Review Online & Mobile Banking for all service numbers.
