Welcome - AACU Welcome FAQs

New members typically enroll in online and mobile banking first, then review account opening documents like the Agreements and Disclosures and current Fee Schedule. Review Online & Mobile Banking to get started with digital account access.

AACU provides Agreements and Disclosures, the current Fee Schedule, and the Privacy Policy as downloadable documents for every new member reviewing their full account terms carefully. Check your eligibility if you haven't completed membership yet. 

The AACU mobile app is available through the Apple App Store for iOS devices and the Google Play Store for Android devices, both linked directly from the welcome page. Review Online & Mobile Banking for the full feature list. 

The CO-OP network connects AACU members to thousands of partner credit union branches nationwide, letting you bank as if you were at your home branch while traveling. Check your eligibility before your next trip away.

The AACU Events & Happenings page lists community gatherings and financial workshops open to all members throughout each calendar year, both in-person and virtually. Review AAFCU Foundation for the charitable programs behind many of these events.
